Job description

We are working with a Crypto seed-stage start up looking to grow. We're looking for a high-agency Senior Backend Engineer who wants to join us in shaping the next era of finance. 

Role responsibilities 
  • Scale and develop a high-throughput, robust matching/risk engine 
  • Build supporting microservices like order management systems, orderbooks, oracles, indexing,…etc. 
  • Conduct research in the exchange design space: to improve overall decentralized architecture or to improve user UX (account abstraction, gasless transactions…etc.) 

Requirements:  
  • 3 - 5 years of experience 
  • With experience in any low-level languages (C++, Rust, ...etc.) and Python 
  • Salary $180k - $250k 
  • Equity 
  • 0.1%-1% 
  • Visa sponsorship available 
  • On-site work policy 
  • In-person in Soho, NYC (no remote) 
  • Full-time position 
  • This is a full time, W-2 role
