​Residing in Philadelphia, Adam is part of our Talent team and specializes in technical innovation and talent development. Adam focuses on identifying opportunities and creating solutions to streamline processes within the L&D, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Communications teams.

He is passionate about business change and ensuring that systems support the most efficient processes possible. Utilizing over a decade’s worth of recruiting experience as a consultant, trainer, and CRM specialist, he offers a unique perspective to projects; working to the larger business goals whilst always looking for ways to improve user experience. In his spare time, Adam enjoys swimming and watching his beloved West Ham.
