Amy brings 23 years of talent experience to GQR, with a background in life sciences as an internal practitioner with companies such as EMD Serono, Biogen, and Sanofi Genzyme. She has worked with clients to build and execute people strategies for periods of immense growth and is an SME in both program and change management, having led over 38 build-outs for various clients and functions.
