Hannah Roberts

Hannah Roberts is an Executive Vice President of R&D Recruitment, and the Head of Research recruitment for GQR Life Sciences. Her specialty is diving into the technical nuances of a job description and then pairing it with highly-skilled talent. Her network spans research, preclinical, computational, CMC, translational, and clinical development areas, with a focus in working with PhD scientists and physicians. She manages a sizable internal team of recruiters that also support these functions.

Hannah works in partnership with growing biotechs that focus on bringing novel technologies to market. She serves as an account manager and strategic growth advisor for these firms. She is adept at managing the logistics of a process, creating continuity and structure via her consultative approach. This enables her clients to make faster hires with fewer hurdles.

Internally, Hannah is also the President and Co-Founder of our “Women @ GQR” Employee Resource Group, GQR's first ever ERG. She is a resource for and a champion of DEI, both within GQR and with her clients.

Hannah graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She participated in two international business programs in Shanghai and Vienna, and graduated with a B.A. in business administration with a minor in communication.
