Nicole Leinders

​Nicole Leinders, Associate Director of Life Sciences at GQR in New York, leads the division's strategy and operations. She manages and expands the R&D team, covering Drug Discovery to Clinical Development, including Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance.

With over 7 years at GQR, Nicole's diverse roles span recruitment, sales, account management, and RPO. She supports the division in building lasting partnerships with emerging biotech companies focused on oncology, immunology, neurology, and rare diseases.

Nicole is dedicated to staying updated on industry trends and technologies, guiding her team to build trust-based relationships with candidates and clients. A St. Lawrence University graduate in English-Environmental Studies and Political Science, she enjoys outdoor activities in Upstate New York's Finger Lakes region with friends and family.
