Job Title: Behavioral Health LVN/LPN • Days
We're seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN for our behavioral health team in Harlingen, Texas. This full•time role involves providing clinical care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical care and services.
• Perform nursing tasks to meet health needs.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Active Texas LPN/LVN Licensure.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• 2+ years of LVN/LPN experience.
• Experience in a facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Proficiency in larger med pass.
• Clear communication skills.
• Compliance with HHSC immunization and drug test requirements.
• Completion of required training.
• COVID Vaccine required.
Preferred Experience:
• Nursing Home experience.
• Experience with medically fragile individuals.
