Job Title: Case Manager • Registered Nurse • Days
Join our team as a dedicated Case Manager • Registered Nurse for a 13•week contract. This full•time role requires shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
• Manage patient care in accordance with state law.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Communicate effectively to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
• Active CA RN License.
• BLS and LA County Fire Card certifications.
• 2+ years of Case Management experience.
• Inpatient experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Up•to•date COVID vaccinations.
Preferred:
• Prior experience with our client.
• Familiarity with the Epic EMR system.
Please wear Royal Blue or Navy Blue scrubs. On•site parking is available. No on•call duties or floating required. Up to 4 days of RTO approved. This role is ideal for candidates ready to hit the ground running in a busy environment. Local candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous employees terminated by our client will not be considered. All skills checklists must score 3.0 or higher.
