Overview: In this strategic leadership role, the CHRO will develop and implement HR initiatives that are crucial for advancing our corporate mission and strategic objectives. This role is designed for a leader who is committed to nurturing a dynamic and inclusive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Optimization: Design effective performance management frameworks that align employee goals with corporate objectives.
  • Data-Driven HR Management: Oversee the analysis and interpretation of HR data to make informed decisions that enhance HR policies and practices.

  • Policy Formulation: Establish HR policies that effectively support organizational operations and strategic aims.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Over 15 years of HR management experience, with significant leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and business acumen.
  • Skilled in managing change and organizational dynamics.
  • Strong ethical foundation with the ability to handle sensitive information discretely.
