Job Title: Corrections • Patient Care Technician (PCT) • Nights
Join our team as a Patient Care Technician in the Corrections Department, providing care under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with patient care, transfers, and mobility
• Monitor and record patient health conditions
• Respond to patient calls and requests
Shift: Nights, 1745-0615, 36 hours per week, 13-week contract. Overtime eligibility depends on performance, punctuality, and absence record.
Float Requirements: Potential to float to different units within a 30•minute drive or different locations within a 50•mile radius.
Scheduling: 4 weeks block booking by the 20th, work week is Saturday – Friday.
Qualifications:
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (preferred) or experienced Patient Care Tech accepted
• Minimum of 1.5 years continuous experience in the highest certification held
• Experience in LTAC, ER, Skilled Nursing, and/or Psychiatry is a plus
