Company Overview:
A clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative cell therapies.

Role Summary:
Lead and manage the Clinical Data Management team, overseeing all aspects of data management for clinical development programs. This includes managing data vendors, external laboratory data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and expertise in data management, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the design and implementation of clinical trial databases and data management plans.
• Manage relationships with CROs, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
• Monitor database performance, analyze clinical data, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
• Contribute to resource planning and support the clinical development team with data management guidance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Experience with data management standards, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Salary: $184,000 - $260,000 annually, plus bonus, benefits, and stock options.
