Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Home Health • Days
We're seeking a dedicated LVN for a 13•week home health care contract. This role demands flexibility, excellent time management, and a commitment to quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet patient needs.
• Handle 20•25 cases per week, completing documentation on the same day of service.
Requirements:
• 2 years of home health care experience.
• OASIS experience.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase.
• BLS Certification.
• No more than a 1•year employment gap.
Additional Information:
• No on•call or overtime.
• Weekly office presence required.
• Mileage reimbursed.
• Orientation includes team introductions and modules.
