Job Title: Inpatient Social Worker • Evenings
Join our team as an Inpatient Social Worker for a 13•week commitment, with potential for extension. This full•time role involves weekday shifts from 1 pm to 9:30 pm, with occasional weekends.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of 30•40 patients daily.
• Provide crisis intervention, goal setting, and resource connection.
Requirements:
• BLS Certification and LA County Fire Card.
• Master's in Social Work and two years of specialty experience.
• Acute care medical experience and knowledge of life stages.
• LCSW preferred.
• COVID•19 vaccination required.
This role excludes on•call duties and is not suitable for marriage counselors, LMFT, or counseling degree holders. Local travelers are encouraged to apply. Our facility uses the Epic EMR system and provides all PPE. Preferred scrub color is Royal Blue or Navy Blue.
