Job Title: MedSurg • Registered Nurse • Days
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MedSurg/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN assignment. This role requires a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to patients in a fast•paced, high•acuity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care within the guidelines of California State Law
• Float as required
• Maintain active certifications: NIHSSS, BLS, ACLS, MAB/CPI, Fire Card
• Hold an active California RN License
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience
• MedSurg/Tele experience is a must
• Travel experience is preferred but not required
• Recent acute care hospital experience is desirable
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in a fast•paced, high•acuity environment
• COVID vaccination and booster (if eligible) are required
Additional Information:
• This position is open to local travelers
• All necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided
• Parking is available on•site at our client's location
• The pay cycle runs from Sunday to Saturday
• Our client uses the Cerner EMR system
• The facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center and a teaching facility
• Scrubs can be any color, but Navy Blue or Black is preferred to maintain unity
Please note that all credentialing documents are due two weeks before the start date. If your California RN License is expired, it will need to be renewed. If you are applying for a California RN License, please contact the Senator's office to expedite the application.
