Job Title: NICU Manager • Registered Nurse • Days
Join our team as a dedicated NICU Manager. This 13•week role requires a 40•hour work week with flexibility for operational needs.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise 25 direct reports
• Float across departments as needed
• Join on•call rotation with MCH Leaders
Requirements:
• Active CA RN License
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, LA County Fire Card
• 2•5 years of Level III NICU Director experience
• Clear communication skills
• COVID•19 vaccination and booster (if eligible)
Note: Charge/supervisor experience does not replace director experience. Travel experience preferred. Former employees terminated will not be considered.
Our facility is a Stroke Center pursuing Magnet Status, using the Epic EMR system. We provide PPE and on•site parking. Scrub color: Royal Blue or Navy Blue.
