Join our team as a dedicated Physical Therapist in a 13•week contract role with a flexible 40•hour work week. This position involves home•based care in Concord, Massachusetts, with occasional weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver home•based patient care.
• Maintain patient records via Oasis EMR.
• Follow safety and PPE guidelines.
Requirements:
• Active PT Licensure
• BLS Certification
• 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• COVID•19 Vaccination
Additional Information:
• No on•call requirements.
• May require floating to different locations.
• Contract extension opportunities available.
• Flexible time•off policy.
• Any color scrubs acceptable.
• Parking details provided upon hire.
