A clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative cell therapies.

Role Summary:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate tools for data visualization, analysis, and exploration. Support CAR-T development by ensuring product quality and facilitating the understanding of CAR-T mechanisms. This role combines software programming, data analysis, and creative thinking to extract insights from complex data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate and analyze high-dimensional data from various sources, including clinical trials and CAR-T manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for data visualization and analysis.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of CAR-T products, providing feedback to improve manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with the Translational team to understand mechanisms of action and optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• B.S., M.S., or higher in Engineering, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in biotech/pharma in Data Science or Bioinformatics.
• Proficiency in R/Shiny, Python, JavaScript, and Tableau.
• Experience in dashboard development and multivariate data analysis.
• Familiarity with clinical trials and data flow, with AI/ML experience being a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation:

• Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 annually, plus bonus, benefits, and stock options.
