Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Total Rewards Manager to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs. The Senior Total Rewards Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our compensation and benefits packages are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Strategy & Analysis:

  • Help lead new job architecture project
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
  • Design and manage incentive programs, bonus structures, and other compensation-related initiatives.

Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the administration of US employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the benefits offerings to ensure they meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Partner with benefits providers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, filings, and disclosures related to compensation and benefits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes affecting compensation and benefits.

Employee Communication & Education:

  • Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees effectively through various channels.
  • Conduct educational sessions and workshops to help employees understand their compensation and benefits packages.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation and benefits in a timely manner.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, finance, and other departments to align compensation and benefits strategies with business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and industry peers to stay informed and leverage best practices.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CEBS) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and other relevant software tools.
