Title: Supply Chain Analyst contract
Status: 12-contract
Location: Onsite Monday through Friday in Lexington, MA
Compensation: $42 to $45 per hour DOE
Position Summary:
The supply chain analyst will primarily assist with overall supply chain logistics, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material dispensing.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing data across the supply chain to ensure clinical trial materials are delivered on time
- Inventory management including tracking of inventory levels and safety stock, triggering new production of intermediates when stock runs low, or products expire
- Forecast short- and long-term material needs to support manufacturing and R&D needs
- Drive the establishing of KPIs and metrics to create a dashboard for vendor management and material utilization activities
- Review and approval of Material Transfer Requests (MTR)
Required Experience:
- BS/BA degree in supply chain/logistics or pharmacy/drug development discipline or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in a clinical supply chain / logistics environment.
- Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI experience desired. • GMP experience required.
- Ability to follow and execute instructions.
- Strong technical skills in Excel (XLOOKUP, Power Query, PivotTables, Macros).
- Proficiency in Power Automate to create automated workflows and streamline data integration.
