Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for business units across the entire organization. This includes understanding the unique needs of each unit and tailoring recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business unit leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and establish hiring criteria. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with universities and professional organizations, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Team Collaboration: Mentor junior recruiter and foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
