Role Overview:
As an Options Market Making Trader, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our options trading strategies. You will be responsible for providing liquidity, managing risk, and identifying profitable opportunities in fast-paced, competitive markets. This role is open to candidates at all levels, from junior traders looking to grow their careers to experienced professionals ready to take on greater responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Making: Provide liquidity by quoting bid and ask prices for options across various asset classes, ensuring tight spreads and efficient risk management.

Risk Management: Monitor and manage portfolio risk, including delta, gamma, vega, and other Greeks, to ensure optimal positioning and profitability.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to refine and enhance trading strategies, leveraging data analysis and market insights.

Execution: Execute trades with precision, utilizing proprietary trading tools and algorithms to capitalize on market opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Junior Candidates: 0-3 years of experience in trading, finance, or a related field. Strong academic background and a passion for financial markets are essential.

Senior Candidates: 5+ years of experience in options market making or related trading roles, with a proven track record of success.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of options pricing, volatility, and risk management.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
