Position Summary:

 

This role is an essential part of the People Systems Team, working to deliver solutions by building reports and tools to provide insight into our people data. The role will also support data conversion and transformation efforts relating to bulk and changes and Workday EIBs. The role will also deliver data governance solutions to maintain and improve the quality of information in Workday HCM.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and build comprehensive Workday reporting products, including advanced, and, matrix reports.

  • Support bulk data conversions, transformations, and Workday EIBs.

  • Maintain existing Prism use cases

  • Design and develop new Prism use cases

  • Develop efficient, well-performing SQL queries.

  • Develop standards and audits that promote a cohesive approach to how Clayton manages data elements In Workday HCM.

  • Manage ongoing communication and awareness about the importance of data quality

  • Develop surveys relating to team member experience, engagement, and other sentiments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical and business experience

  • 5+ years of report development experience. In lieu of degree, 7+ years of report development experience. Workday HCM report development experience preferred. 5+ years of SQL report development experience 3+ years developing Human Resources reports.

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of ETL processes and development

  • Workday Pro Certification – Reporting (Preferred)
