Purpose and Scope
This position is responsible for aligning technology with the organization's Human Resources goals and objectives. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, security, process efficiency, and accessibility through effective administration and support of the HRIS system. The role serves as a technical point of contact for HR systems across various locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility of actionable data.
  • Test system changes and analyze data flows to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain the HRIS system, collaborating with functional experts to review, test, and implement new features.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and recommend solutions or alternative methods.
  • Generate reports and queries to meet ongoing customer needs, including the development of standard reports.
  • Provide training and ensure system access for new users.
  • Maintain data integrity through thorough testing and audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with laws related to HR data, including but not limited to HIPAA and GDPR.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with global HR applications, preferably including system implementation.
  • Experience with Workday is required.
  • Proficiency in business software applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Support the achievement of HR goals and objectives by aligning technology with HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement standardized practices that improve the quality and efficiency of HR processes.
  • Develop accurate analytics and reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Promote employee satisfaction through system configuration, training, and support for self-service features.
  • Ensure compliance with data security regulations related to HR data.

This role is instrumental in driving HR operational efficiency and ensuring secure, accurate management of HR data through effective use of technology.
