Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team and take a leading role in optimizing and managing our Workday platform, with a focus on Core HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, and Security. Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Administration & Optimization:

    • Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules related to Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Security, ensuring the system aligns with business objectives.
    • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for these Workday modules, providing guidance and support to HR and IT teams.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance system functionality, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Benefits & Absence Management:

    • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the Benefits and Absence modules, ensuring accurate and efficient administration of employee benefits and leave policies.
    • Collaborate with the Benefits team to manage annual enrollment processes, including system setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Security & Compliance:

    • Design and maintain security protocols within Workday to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations.
    • Perform regular audits and reviews of security roles and permissions, addressing any potential risks or issues.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive HR strategy and improve workforce outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system enhancements, and support new initiatives.
    • Serve as a mentor and resource for junior HRIS team members, fostering knowledge sharing and development within the team.
  • Project Management:

    • Lead HRIS projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
    • Stay informed of Workday’s latest features and updates, assessing their relevance and potential impact on the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday, specifically within Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Security.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing HRIS projects and driving system improvements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is highly desirable.
