Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards to support Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Reporting tools and a strong understanding of HR and payroll data to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Report Development & Optimization:

Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards within Workday, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Discovery Boards.

Optimize existing reports to improve efficiency and user experience.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting solutions.

Business Analysis & Data Interpretation:

Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into Workday reports.

Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making.

Identify trends and anomalies within HR and payroll data.

Workday Configuration & Integration Support:

Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions with Workday modules.

Maintain Workday security settings related to reporting access and permissions.

Testing & Validation:

Perform rigorous testing of new and modified reports to ensure data integrity.

Troubleshoot reporting issues and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Stakeholder Training & Support:

Provide training and documentation on Workday reporting tools for HR and business users.

Offer ongoing support and guidance on how to utilize reports effectively.

Data Governance & Compliance:

Ensure all reports comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Support audits and compliance reporting needs.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Workday Reporting tools.

Experience in HRIS, HR, Payroll, or related data management functions.

Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Workday Prism, and Dashboards.

Strong understanding of Workday data structures across Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

Experience with Workday Security, EIBs, and integrations is a plus.
