Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team, specializing in Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules. This role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring Workday solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and optimization of Workday functionalities to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday and a proven track record of successfully delivering solutions across multiple HRIS functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workday Configuration & Optimization:

  2. Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday solutions for Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

  3. Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

  4. Maintain system configurations and support future Workday updates and releases.

  5. Business Analysis:

  6. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements.

  7. Translate business needs into functional requirements and Workday configurations.

  8. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet evolving business needs.

  9. Testing & Validation:

  10. Develop and execute test scripts for system enhancements, integrations, and updates.

  11. Perform end-to-end testing to ensure system functionality and accuracy.

  12. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

  13. Project Management:

  14. Manage and lead Workday-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

  15. Provide status updates and maintain project documentation.

  16. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize requests and enhancements.

  17. Stakeholder Support & Training:

  18. Provide day-to-day support to end-users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.

  19. Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for all supported Workday modules.

  20. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

  21. Data Integrity & Reporting:

  22. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

  23. Develop custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

  24. Monitor and maintain system integrations across all supported Workday modules.


Qualifications:

  1. Education & Experience:

  2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  3. Minimum 5+ years of Workday experience, with a focus on Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

  4. Proven experience in business analysis, system configuration, and project management.

  5. Technical Skills:

  6. In-depth knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

  7. Strong understanding of Workday’s Business Process Framework and Security.

  8. Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.

  9. Familiarity with integration tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, or API integrations is a plus.

  10. Soft Skills:

  11. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  13. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  14. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  15. Certifications:

  16. Workday certifications in Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking are highly preferred.
