Position: Workday Consultant – Absence & Time Tracking

Location: USA Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to provide post-production support for Workday Absence (Time Off) and Time Tracking modules. The ideal candidate will be adept at resolving existing issues, driving process harmonization, and supporting global time-tracking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Time Off Plan Support:

    • Manage and resolve issues with current time off plans, ensuring timely response and resolution to tickets in the queue.
  2. Harmonization Project:

    • Lead efforts to harmonize absence plans across EMEA, simplifying unique plans across countries and companies to ensure uniformity and efficiency.
  3. Time Tracking Projects:

    • Support the Workday Time Tracking implementation project in APAC, ensuring a smooth go-live for early November.
    • Assist EMEA project in enhancing their time-tracking processes, recommending improvements, and implementing changes.
  4. Process Improvement:

    • Evaluate existing Time Off plans across global regions, providing a high-level assessment to identify areas for optimization and streamlining.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules in post-production support.
  • Proven experience managing ticketing systems, troubleshooting, and resolving Workday Absence/Time Tracking issues.
  • Experience with global Workday implementations, particularly harmonizing processes across regions.
  • Familiarity with go-live support and enhancement projects for Workday Time Tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday implementations or post-production support in EMEA
  • Knowledge of other Workday Financials or HCM modules is a plus.
  • Workday certifications in relevant modules
