Position Overview: The Senior Manager of Total Rewards will be a key member of our Human Resources department, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Compensation Management: Lead the design, analysis, and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and recognition.
  3. Benefits Administration: Oversee the design, evaluation, and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Executive Compensation: Manage executive compensation programs, including equity-based incentives, deferred compensation, and executive benefits packages.
  5. Performance Management: Partner with HR Business Partners to integrate total rewards components into the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual performance.
  6. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and benchmarking to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  7. Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices in total rewards management.
  8. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to support the delivery of total rewards programs and services.
  9. Communication and Education: Develop and deliver communication and education initiatives to help employees understand and appreciate the value of their total rewards package.
  10. Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to total rewards initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
  • Experience with Workday, in particular the Benefits, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation Modules. 
  • Deep knowledge of compensation practices, including job evaluation, salary structures, and incentive plan design.
  • Experience with benefits administration, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Familiarity with executive compensation principles and governance practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred.
